A special Chocolate Cake - Diana and Alison’s Chocolate Cakes have gained a special reputation for being mouth wateringly delicious by being made specially to your taste requirements. You may wish chocolate layers as part of your wedding cake – they can be milk chocolate sponge for those who like a light taste of chocolate, a rich, decadent dark chocolate cake filled with an alcohol flavoured ganache, or perhaps a white chocolate Angelfood cake complemented with tempting Scottish berries. The traditional Sacher Torte, which is pure Chocolate Heaven with the flavour of almonds, has become popular yet again as a separate cutting cake when the main cake is fruit.
