Diana is an expert Sugarcraft Specialist having made beautiful Sugarcraft flowers for the past 35 years. She has taught the art of cake making, baking to the highest standard, design and floral work for weddings and wedding cakes, traditional and modern, chocolate of every flavour, Madeira, Angelfood, small Fairy cakes, Carrot cakes, pecan tartlets and special dietary cakes.

Having supplied wedding cakes in Edinburgh and Scotland for the past 30 years Diana has built up a steady client base through word of mouth recommendations.

The recipe for our wonderful rich fruit cake is that of her Great Grandmother from the 1860’s which has more than stood the test of time. All our other cakes are from tried and tested and constantly upgraded and improved recipes.
